Landscape architecture tutoring: grading, construction documents, and studio
Some of the hardest parts of landscape architecture aren't software at all. I help students and early-career designers with grading, construction documents, planting plans, and the design process.
The skills between school and practice
Grading and construction documents are where many landscape architecture students feel least prepared, and where early-career designers are expected to contribute right away.
As a licensed landscape architect with an engineering background, I can explain not just how to draw it, but why it works on the ground.

Landscape architecture tutoring questions
Can you help me with a grading exercise or exam?
I'll help you understand grading concepts and practice problems so you can solve them on your own. I won't complete graded work or exams for you.
I'm early in my career and my firm expects me to produce CDs. Can you help?
Yes. This is one of the most common requests. We can work through how a set fits together and how to produce your sheets faster and with fewer markups.
Do you help with hand grading or only software?
Both. Understanding grading by hand makes you much better at it in software.
